HPNAP

New York State’s Hunger Prevention and Nutrition Assistance Program – HPNAP – is designed to improve the nutritional well-being of New York’s low-income residents by reducing hunger, malnutrition and nutritionally related illness. It benefits the food insecure on Long Island by providing Long Island Cares lines of credit to purchase nutritious foods, as well as food safety and sanitation supplies.
