Long Island Cares offers free nutrition education workshops, cooking demonstrations, and interactive presentations to help community organizations, schools, agencies, and programs promote healthy eating and improve access to nutrition education.

Our evidence-informed workshops are designed to encourage healthy lifestyle choices, increase fruit and vegetable consumption, build confidence in preparing nutritious meals, and help reduce the risk of diet-related chronic diseases.
